9 June, 2008:  Minutes of Monthly Online Meeting

Attendance:   Kirsten Brazier, Kira Vitale, Erin Recke, Robin Turner, Gwen Daivs

Items discussed:

1) Kira has completed The Teddy Bear costume for the 99s meeting in Anchorage this summer. We discussed naming The Bear and decided that "A.C. Bear" (for Ambassador Chapter) was it. Kira mailed off The Bear to arrive in time for the annual meeting. Thanks, Kira!

2) We toyed around with the idea of taking a group "field trip" down to visit Gwen in Puerto Rico. Gwen's game to have us anytime this summer and has extended an open invitation to Chapter members.

3) Erin is competing in this year's Air Race Classic to be held June 24-27 from Montana to Massachusetts. If anyone lives along the route and would like to stop by and say hello, please email or call her: FlyinErin@mac.com or

4) This meeting was quite informal and mostly social, and as The Bear was about the only item of business needing immediate attention, most of the rest of the time was spent "chatting" and getting to know one another better.
